2021 Summer Update!

Hello SHARP Neighbors,

Just a note to let you know that SHARP (Springmill Hoover Association for Residential

Participation) is alive and well. We reconstituted our board in February, 2021. We

currently have seven members:

Judy Ganser (65 th St) President

Missy Mocek (Golf Lane) Vice-President

Carissa Cartwright-Collins (Spring Mill Road) Treasurer

Scott Rodgers (Steven Lane) Secretary

Bill Barnett (65 th St) Chairperson Beautification Committee

Nick Noblet (Wellington Road) Chairperson Communication Committee

Michael Klueh (Rainbow Lane) Coordinator of Block Captains

We only have 98 Paid members so far in 2021. There are 340 Residences in our

neighborhood. Dues are only $50 per year and pay for streetlights and snowplowing the

streets in our neighborhood if it snows more than 4 inches. We also use the money for

block parties and welcoming new neighbors. You can pay online through the website or

mail a check payable to SHARP to PO Box 90032, Indianapolis, IN 46290.

Hopefully we can have an outdoor block party in Fall, 2021, as we are still in planning for that timeline. Here is a message from Michael Klueh who is doing outreach for Block

Captains on every street.

Hello Neighbors!

Our Neighborhood Association (SHARP) would very much like to have each and every

street in our community represented. SHARP Block Captains help communicate with

residents on their street and serve as representatives with the association. Would you be

willing to volunteer a little bit of your time? We are in need of captains for:

Stevens Lane

64 th St., Spring Mill Road (south of Darrow)

Spring Mill Road (north of Darrow)

Hoover Rd. & West 70 th St.

If you or someone you know would be interested in helping our neighborhood become an

even better place to live, please contact Michael Klueh ( Thank you for

considering this volunteer opportunity!

We would encourage you to follow us on our Facebook page at “SHARP Neighborhood “.
